Our mission
Every horse deserves a second chance.
USERL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built on a simple belief: no horse should suffer for want of care. From auction-lot pulls to owner surrenders and cruelty-case seizures, we take horses in, restore their health, and match them with people who will love them for life.

How you can help
Three ways to change a horse's life
Adopt
Give a rehabilitated horse a permanent home. Our team matches you carefully — no horse leaves without the right person.
Adoptable horses →Foster
Open your barn to a horse in transition. We cover vet and farrier; you provide the care and steady handling that gets them ready.

Hay, feed, farrier, vet. Every dollar becomes a bale, a shot, a set of shoes. Monthly gifts help most — they let us plan.
